Joël Hébert, Opulent ASP Development Inc.
is a Microsoft Community Influencer and a Microsoft MVP for ASP.NET. As the Director / Solutions Architect at Opulent ASP Development Inc., Joël works as a consultant specializing in ASP.NET Enterprise Architecture / Development. He is passionate about web farms / web gardens and distributed caching. His interests are Domain Driven Design - DDD, Distributed Domain Driven Design -DDDD, Enterprise Integration Patterns, Patterns of Enterprise Application Architecture, Analysis Patterns and of course wine as he is studying to become a sommelier.

Jean-René Roy has been developing IT systems for large and small enterprises since 1987. In 1991 he founded the consulting firm Technologies SoftDesign Inc. Since that time he has worked on projects for Bell Canada, CGI, ArchiDATA, Sun Telcom, Accent de Ville, Kraft, ADN Medical and many other clients assuming the responsibility of Software Developers, Analyst, Team leader, Software architect and mentor. He has been and is still very active in the developers’ community by acting as a user group leader for more than ten years with the Montreal .NET community and the Ottawa .NET community. He is also the co-founder of an international developer’s conference www.DevTeach.com which is now directed by a member of his team. Jean-René Roy is a SQL Microsoft MVP.

Justin Lee is a software consultant for ObjectSharp Consulting. His interests lie mainly with languages, operating systems, software architecture processes and best practices, and low-level hardware architecture. Justin is an MCSD.NET, a Microsoft C# MVP, and the founder of the 1st .NET user group in Singapore. John Hansen is a .net software architect/designer. John specializes in high capacity object oriented systems and connectivity. Currently John is developing Jetfire, an open source, persistent, multiuser, workflow domain specific language designed for use by power users.
TrackerRealm provides .net consulting services and is currently expanding the Jetfire product line. John and Charles are co-developers of Jetfire – a .net open source, multiuser, application domain specific language (DSL) with syntax heavily based on C# and Java. The goal of Jetfire is to allow power users to quickly and easily develop and deploy applications, in much the same way as Excel allows powers users to quickly develop spread sheets.

Peter Henry is a C# code head who likes to talk, uh, share technical knowledge. He’s helped out with three ODNC study groups and is soon to start a fourth, he’s even gotten a few certs along the way. During the day, he’s a web developer with Privasoft and at night he can be found Googling esoteric .NET APIs, t-sql functions and other cool material for his blog to try to help other likeminded C# geeks. Peter started serious coding with early versions of VB, moved to J2EE and then found true happiness with C#/.NET. Today Peter’s developing ASP.NET websites and soon to embark on WPF/Silverlight apps!
| Dominic Plouffe, Apption Dominic Plouffe is currently a senior .NET Architect and Developer for Apption Software, where he is developing business intelligence solutions using the Microsoft.Net and SharePoint platform. Previously, Dominic was co-founder and senior Architect for FuseTalk Inc. which sold to FuturePath Inc. in 2006. During this time, Dominic developed a high-end enterprise asynchronous collaboration solution. The FuseTalk collaboration suite continues to be successful, providing state-of-the-art collaboration solutions for Fortune 500 companies ( e.g. Boeing, Lockheed-Martin, Sprint, American Airlines and Adobe), governmental agencies (e.g. US Air Force and NASA) and recognized academic institutions (e.g. Harvard, UCLA, MIT and NYU).
