| Garth Jones is the founder of the Ottawa Windows Server User Group (OWSUG) and its associated study group. He is an MVP for System Center Configuration Manager, is member of the myITforum Community Council. Garth is Chief Architect of Enhansoft, an Ottawa company that develops products and services to extend the value of System Center Configuration Manager 2007, SMS 2003, Operation Manager, MOM and Virtual Server. He started working with Systems Management Server when it was a v1.1 (1996). He can be found in Microsoft newsgroups, on a few web forums, OWSUG.ca, SMSug.ca, FAQshop.com and myITForum.com and on the mailing list of myITforum.com. Garth has presented numerous times to OWSUG, created webcast for both SMSUG.ca & myITForum.com and has presented at Microsoft Management Summit, EnergizeIT and Techdays. Since June 2002, Garth has written over 60 articles for www.myitforum.com. |

| Kirk Munro, the worlds first self-proclaimed Poshoholic, is a Microsoft MVP and PowerShell Solutions Architect who has worked in the IT industry for more than 13 years. He has spent the majority of that time working with IT administrators, creating and developing software solutions to facilitate Systems Management. | Brad is a lead technical consultant and MCT certified trainer based in Ottawa, ON. 2-time recipient of the Microsoft Most Valuable Professional (MVP) award for 2010 in the Virtual Machine domain and Management Infrastructure in 2009. He is also a member of the Windows Springboard Technical Expert Panel (STEP) for Windows 7 and Server 2008 R2 having delivered STEP presentations as an evangelist in Quebec City, QC and St-Johns, Newfoundland. Brad is a writer for Tech Republic and contributes monthly to the Network Administration and IT Security weblogs. Brad has authored Microsoft partner training courses for System Center Configuration Manager 2007 which have been delivered around the world. Brad also authored some webcasts on Data Protection Manager 2007 including 300 level “Protecting Applications with DPM2007” and 400 level “Advanced Features and Capabilities of DPM2007” also used in Microsoft partner training. Brad is also a Microsoft Certified Trainer having delivered courses in Security+, AD, AD Security, SCOM, SCCM, DPM, VMM, and Microsoft Desktop Optimization Platform. Brad actively consults to large organizations helping them architect, implement, configure and customize System Center technologies integrating them into their business processes. He is also an active consultant, and contributor to the support community. Brad presented in both the Architecture and Virtualization Tracks for TechDays 2009 and 2008 in both Montreal and Ottawa as well as at the 2009 Microsoft Management Summit in Las Vegas. He was the Systems Management and Security track co-lead Microsoft Canada representative for TechDays 2009 in Canada. He was a representative for Canada at TechEd 2009 in Los Angeles, CA. | I have been in IT for almost 12 years. I am a Microsoft Certified Technical Specialist in Business Intelligence (MCTS-BI). For about the last 9 years, I have been involved as a consultant in ETL/BI projects. My ETL projects were done using various ETL tools as well as using plain code with various RDBMS (Oracle, SQL Server). I am currently working on my fourth SSIS implementation in 2 years. |

| Lynda Rab is an IT professional with over 15 years of technical experience and has been working with SQL Server since version 4.2. After working for 8 years as a DBA, she is now focusing her efforts on Data Warehousing working for Canada Mortgage and Housing Corporation. Technical areas of expertise include Database Administration, Dimensional Modeling, Enterprise Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence. Lynda is the Program Director for the Professional Association for SQL Server (PASS, www.sqlpass.org ) and in that role she is responsible for the Program Delivery for the 2009 PASS Summit (168 Sessions, http://summit2009.sqlpass.org/) . She has been an elected member of the PASS Board of Directors since 2007 and has been volunteering for them since 2002. Lynda is also a member of the OttawaSQL.net local chapter (www.OttawaSQL.net) executive team. Recently, she has been speaking at the OttawaSQL.net chapter and was a member of the Women in Technology – Strategies for Success Panel at the 2008 PASS Summit in Seattle, WA. | Joël Hébert [ASP.NET MVP] is the Director and Chief Architect at Opulent ASP Development Inc. where he works as a consultant specializing in ASP.NET Enterprise Architecture/Development. He has developed large-scale web applications and Computer Aided Audit Tools for CaseWare-IDEA and is currently working on federal government projects. Joel is a long standing member of the Ottawa .Net Community’s steering committee and has been involved in many of its projects including; the “The Developers” TV show, Inter-User Group Challenges, and a number of MCAD/MCTS study groups. | John Hansen is a Microsoft .NET software architect/designer. John specializes in high capacity object oriented systems and connectivity. Currently John is developing Jetfire, an open source, persistent, multiuser, workflow domain specific language designed for use by power users. TrackerRealm provides .net consulting services and is currently expanding the Jetfire product line. John and Charles are co-developers of Jetfire – a .net open source, multiuser, application domain specific language (DSL) with syntax heavily based on C# and Java. The goal of Jetfire is to allow power users to quickly and easily develop and deploy applications, in much the same way as Excel allows powers users to quickly develop spread sheets. |
